Inside a yurt at Beverly Beach. It has a heater, skylight, windows. Sleeps 4. Cooking outside with your own gear on picnic table.

Jet Boat Willamette River

Willamette Jet Boats are stationed by the submarine at OMSI. Went on the 2 hours cruise. Down river to Centennial Mills and Fremont Bridge area, and up river to Willamette Falls at Oregon City. Plus spins and stops that splashed the riders. Pants were soaked. Another great day of weather - not hot, not cold, partly cloudy.

Kayaking Willamette River

From Portland Kayak Co, rented kayaks. Put in the river at the public docks off Macadam. Paddled over to Ross Island, had lunch, paddled back. About 4 hrs round trip. Perfect weather - not hot, not cold, dry, no wind.
